Pasca Tsunami, Pariwisata Sulteng Bangkit

ARCHIPELAGO – Bencana tsunami, gempa bumi dan likuifaksi yang terjadi di berbagai wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah pada 28 September 2018 tidak membuat para stakeholder/mitra usaha kepariwisataan yang ada di Sulawesi Tengah patah arang.

Bencana yang telah memporak-porandakan beberapa infrastruktur yang ada tidak secara langsung menggunggah dan menginspirasi mereka untuk segera bangkit dan merehabilitasi ulang kemunduran ekowisatanya yang telah menghilang.

Salah satunya melalui keikutsertaan berkunjung ke Bali dan Lombok melalui acara “Perjalanan Pengenalan” yang dimediasi pihak Kementerian Pariwisata RI dan Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.

Kegiatan bertemakan Sulteng Bangkit yang diselenggarakan sejak 6-11 Desember itu sendiri selain sebagai ajang untuk me-refresh dan membangun rasa percaya diri. Bencana yang terjadi di Sulawesi Tengah pada 28 September silam itu sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan kepariwisataan yang ada di daerah itu.

“Memang bencana yang terjadi di daerah kami cukup besar dan membawa korban hingga ribuan jiwa. Namun bencana itu tidak memberikan efek yang sangat parah terhadap aset-aset dan benda-benda dan objek unggulan yang ada disana. Semua baik-baik saja saja koq,” jelas salah satu peserta Familiarization Trip, Deddy Todongi yang menyatakan Lea Tour & Travel Pulau Khayangan Sombori, dengan mimik serius.

Selain Deddy, kegiatan yang dititik beratkan di Pulau Bali dan Lombok juga diikuti perwakilan dari sejumlah resor dan pengusaha dive center yang tersebar di 13 Kabupaten dan 1 Kota yang ada di Sulawesi Tengah antara lain Dadang Setiawan dari Fadhila Cottage dan Elisabeth Yusuf dari Kadidiri Paradise Resort & Dive Center Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una Ampana, Billy Nataniel dari Idola Travel Luwuk Banggai, Muhammad Taufik dari Samson Fishing Charter, Novira Neva Lumentut dari Victory Hotel Tentena Kabupaten Poso, Tasmah dari Agtha Mandiri Tour & Travel, Ariyati Faradilah dari Boki Dive & Homestay Kabuaten Buol Toli-Toli, Abed Sule dari PT. Tur Rantelemo, Zubadar dari Baraqahlindo Tour & Travel, Junico Seba dari Utus Olima Jaya Resort & Dive Center dan Rini As Travel Palu Sulawesi Tengah.

Selain mengajak para peserta mengunjungi tempat-tempat yang ada di Bali dan Lombok, kegiatan itu juga diisi dengan kegiatan promosi yang dipusatkan di Ballroom Prime Plaza Hotel Bali yang juga memberikan informasi yang menarik di Bali dan sekitarnya.

Promosi wisata bertemakan “Sulteng Bangkit” itu sendiri secara langsung berhasil menarik minat dan kesenangan para pelaku pasar yang ada di Pulau Dewata tersebut. “Kami berpikiran bencana yang terjadi di Sulteng jadi buruk ternyata tidak juga yah,” kata pemilik bernama Khama Travel bernama Ratna Dewi, “Kami tahu apa yang harus dilakukan” dan “siapa yang melakukannya untuk mengiintensifkan lagi hubungan kerjasamanya.”

Kegiatan Familiarization Trip itu sendiri, selain diikuti para pelaku pasar dan industri Sulteng juga ikut serta didampingi pihak Kementerian RI Asisten Deputi Pengembangan Pemasaran I Wilayah Regional III Sulawesi Tengah dan Filipina, NTT, NTB, Maluku, Lombok, Bali, Papua dan Timor Timor yang diwakili oleh Dedi Permana, Suryadana dan Partini. Sementara dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif diwakili Herni Herawaty, Yunita, Dian Wulandari, Nurhalis, Hisyam Naser, Elly Martha Barmo, Agustin Maria, Vera Lasewa dan Andriani.(Deddy Todongi)

Post Tsunami, Central Sulawesi Tourism Rises

ARCHIPELAGO – The tsunami, earthquake and liquefaction that occurred in various regions of Central Sulawesi Province on September 28, 2018 did not make tourism stakeholders/partners in Central Sulawesi broken.
